Inlakesh Retreat

Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica

This is not a hotel stay. This is a return to essence.

You'll be living in the private jungle home of your retreat host - a master-facilitator and guide - immersed in a lifestyle of modern-day social monks.

Here, we blend simplicity, sacredness, and soul-tech: barefoot rituals meet high-frequency tools, ancestral wisdom flows alongside clean design, and the river sings beneath our windows.

Breathe, create, move, feel.

Sing by the fire.

Swim in the river.

Share truth.

Enjoy an immersion into sacred rituals, awareness-based practices - with modern comfort. Over seven spacious days, we'll soften the layers we no longer need, awaken creative life force, and remember what it means to be fully present.

Practices You'll Experience

  • Daily Yoga
  • OM Chanting & Kirtan Circles
  • Family Constellation Sessions
  • Blindfolded Dinner and Sound Bath Journey
  • Hike to Sacred Rainmaker Waterfalls
  • Sharing Circles & River Immersion
  • Optional Massages, Permaculture Grounding or Simply Stillness

You'll be nourished with vegetarian meals, deep connection, and natural beauty - all while living in conscious community on sacred land.

In Lak'ech Ala K'in

In Lak'ech Ala K'in is a Mayan greeting, often translated as:

"I am another you."

"You are another me."

It expresses a sacred understanding: that we are not separate. What lives in you, lives in me. Your joy, your pain, your healing — are reflections of my own.

This retreat is called Inlakesh because what we do together here is more than individual growth — it is a movement toward collective remembering.

In our circles, we explore the invisible threads that connect us to our families, ancestors, and each other — through family constellations, healing phrases, sacred sound, and shared presence. As we shift within ourselves, we shift something in the larger field.

You may come carrying questions, patterns or pain.

But you will leave with more than insight — you will leave with embodied connection, clarity, and a sense of belonging to something deeper than the story of “I.”

This is the essence of Inlakesh:

To meet the other as yourself.

To walk gently back into your system with love.

To become a vessel for life, peace, and presence to flow through.

Meet Your Host

🌿 About Me

My name is Jane, and for the last 15 years, I’ve been walking a path shaped by sacred sound, systemic healing, and the quiet wisdom of the heart.

I was born in Vilnius and spent much of my life in St. Petersburg, where I completed a PhD in economics before realizing my true work wasn’t in numbers — but in energy, presence, and the invisible threads that connect us all.

My journey led me across continents and traditions — from pilgrimages to India and studies in the Sufi path, to learning from shamans and masters of systemic constellations. What I discovered again and again is this: when we listen deeply — to the body, to the field, to the space between words — healing begins to move.

I facilitate Family Constellations, guide kirtan (devotional music), and share healing phrases that help people restore the natural flow of love in their systems. I’ve published three books of spiritual poetry and released two albums of sacred music, all devoted to the same mission: to help open hearts.

I live in Costa Rica with my husband of ten years and our child — learning daily how to be rooted in love while growing toward what’s possible.

This work is not about becoming someone.

It’s about remembering who you are — and gently returning home.

You don't come here to escape life - you come to remember how to live it.
