Retreat

February 23 - March 1, 2026 | Costa Rica

A 7-Day Immersion into Presence, Creativity & Soulful Connection

Art is not something we do — it’s something we remember.

When the mind slows and the nervous system softens, we touch the living field: a space where images arise, voices return, and what was stuck begins to move again.

In this retreat, you are not asked to perform or produce.
You are invited to
enter the field, guided by a teacher who has walked the path from academia to artistry, from the mind to the soul.

Here, through daily creative practices, ancestral healing work, sound, movement, and nature, we awaken the deeper intelligence inside you — and allow it to speak.

...you’ll meet yourself not through roles, but through rhythm.
Not through pressure, but through process.
Not through perfection, but through play.

Enjoy an immersion into sacred rituals, awareness-based practices with modern comfort.

Over seven spaci
ous days, we'll soften the layers we no longer need, awaken creative life force, and remember what it means to be fully present.

You will be held by sacred land, nourished by silence and sound, and guided by a seasoned teacher whose path weaves together:

  • magic theatre and meditation
  • music and mantra chanting circle
  • painting and poetry
  • hike to Rainmaker Waterfalls
  • blindfolded dinner
  • and 15+ years of facilitating creativity, emotional intelligence, and ancestral wisdom
  • sharing circles & optional yoga, massages, permaculture grounding or simply stillness

You'll be nourished with vegetarian meals, deep connection, and natural beauty - all while living in conscious community on sacred land.

🌿 About Me

My name is Jane, and for the last 15 years, I’ve been walking a path shaped by sacred sound, systemic healing, and the quiet wisdom of the heart.

I was born in Vilnius and spent much of my life in St. Petersburg, where I completed a PhD in economics before realizing my true work wasn’t in numbers — but in energy, presence, and the invisible threads that connect us all. I turned into multi-faceted artist (theatre founder and director, author of 3 books, composer and singer of 2 music albums, hundreds of oil paintings, speaking 5 languages, facilitating creativity and self-awareness (emotional intellect, ancestral wisdom) sessions for the last 15 years.

My journey led me across continents and traditions — from pilgrimages to India and studies in the Sufi path, to learning from shamans and masters of systemic constellations. What I discovered again and again is this: when we listen deeply — to the body, to the field, to the space between words — healing begins to move.

I live in Costa Rica with my husband and our 8 years old child — learning daily how to be rooted in love while growing toward what’s possible.

This work is not about becoming someone. It’s about remembering who you are — and gently returning home.
